No understanding of CPA. Extremely rude owner. Buy at your own risk. Didn't want to do a valid return, even with receipt and item under guarantee. Told me to shop at makro if I want that privilege. Eventually, he swapped the item but refused to give a guarantee for those items.

Convenient, well stocked, friendly and helpful staff. Centrally located in the heart of overport Marine is a household name for getting every household item to make your house a home. There are health regulations that a store needs to follow and unfortunately this store does not meet the requirements. There is dampness throughout the building where customers and staff cannot even breathe! This is unacceptable, I would never recommend this place to anyone neither would I ever go there again. I left there with a heavy chest from inhaling the dampness in the atmosphere. The building can collapse at any minute with the condition that its in.

Not enough parking. The parking lot is full of mud, gravel and grime. The store is a total mess. The staff don't know what items are where and cannot provide assistance. They advertised for items that they do not have and the quality of item are not as stated.
