Just be mindful to request the brand of paint you would like or they will mix the most expensive one. To give them the sample card with the brand name isn't enough, you actually need to specific they brand as they don't confirm it. And it's will end up costing you a lot more.

Constant lack of professional customer service when dealing with issues and complaints. The mangers all seem to be so put out of when something goes wrong and they have to deal with it.Also, Builders specials are not always on the system, and then you get berated by the manager when you query the price, and, without checking they just say the special has ended.

Update: Another trip, another waste of time-don’t stock the basic electrical things one finds elsewhere easily. Or even the same solar sensor lights as 3 months ago.Train more staff in general courtesy-Train them on specific specialized areas. Otherwise you just waste time and end up having to walk around longer than necessary. Some of the ladies( could had a proper cleanse). The also don’t quite have the same prices. Would go and probably would get everything in it,seemingly this looks good at the star but then it costs you cash.

What a difference. Barry Adendorf, Branch Manager, went out of his way to assist me even going to another store to collect wharf I wanted. Never had service like this in all the years that Craighall has been open. Thanks a mil

Although a small hardware shop, most building materials can be found here. The staff are quite helpful. Can be quite busy at times.

Great builders, giving this one a full 5 star because of the lovely service I have gotten there. Never once walked in and felt that the staff aren't happy to help, maybe a little lazy but I think we all know how retail sales can be... General builders express with almost anything DIY you could possibly need. Lovely out door garden, probably one of the most convenient stores to buy plants and pots at good prices in the area. Decent selection of seeds. Most tools and hardware items can be found. Bought paint, plants, rain coats, seeds, plumbing equipment, mirrors, glues and much more. Definitely a goodie with the pleasent service to go with it. Good job on this one Builders!

Went to builders express looking for a gas light refill. At the entrance we were met by friendly security guard. We asked the staff member - manager to show us where we can find the gas refiller,He gladly asked us to the aisle and started explaining to us in detail which gas refill works the best for our lighters. He allowed us to test it and make sure we only buy it if it’s working. He made sure we walked out with our lighters working .He was very patient and knowledgeable…Great customer service
