The staff were professional, friendly and went above and beyond to ensure that our special day was perfect in every way. The venue was set up exactly as we wanted and everything ran smoothly. I had the best wedding at Pheasant Hill I could possibly imagine. I had absolutely no stress on the day of. Pieter was incredible help with the planning of the wedding and all other staff we're super friendly. The venue is stunningly beautiful, the food was amazing and the hotel rooms we're neat , clean and luxurious.

10 out of 10 would recommend.They helped us at a very late time and was so helpfull. The area is quiet and the whole atmosphere is breathtaking.Breakfast was very good.Price is a great deal for the friendly service, good food and beautiful place

Venue was absolutely gorgeous, directors friendly and kind and helpful. No complaints about the owners, they were wonderful people.However the staff took away my food each time before I could finish eating on every meal that was served, even though I had placed my knife and fork to state I'm still eating it, they took it away anyways.

My child had a matric farewell the past weekend so we had to book for their stay for preparations and for the rest of the weekend. Please take note that we loved everything about the place, the owner was very welcoming too but their receptionist whom I cannot recall her name was harassing the kids as well as the photographers that I had hired after I have gladly spoke to one of the workers over the phone that we are planning on having a photoshoot and that was understood at no fee but when we got there, the lady made the shoot very uncomfortable because she continuously demanded that she charges R500 hourly. She was very rude!I loved everything about the rooms

The best wedding I ever attended. The planning was perfect. The hall, flowers, food, services, music and wedding cake - everything was spot on. The clean and neat facilities. The parking near the chapel and garden finished the perfect day. Thank you.
