Great service. The ladies that arrive to clean our home is always on time and follows instruction precisely. Would recommend the service to anyone.

I contacted the company quite last minute but they were willing to accommodate me by sending a lady the next day. She arrived on time and did an amazing job. I'm 100% satisfied.

Hi, we had a terrible experience with this company. First, they sent me the incorrect quote and only after we paid the quote received did they call to say they made a mistake, even after we emailed to make sure the quote was correct.Then the queen arrived earlier than we expected and we were not home to let them in, yes she waited but surely they need to communicate the correct information to their staff.After she cleaned the place it still looked like it had not been cleaned. I now have to find someone else to come clean the place and make it look presentable.Would not recommend this company nor use them again.

The ladies were very friendly, respectful and went out of their way to help us. Our move was late and they kindly managed around the craziness of the move. They even assisted with taking away general trash and showed us a few items we missed during the move.Amazing service and people, I would recommend them anytime.

I would like to thank Nancy and Buhle and highly recommend Clean Queens. In October Clean Queens carried out post occupation clearing and cleaning of my late father's retirement cottage in Jhb. Even though I am in Cape Town, I was able to rely on them to proactively contact the relevant people at the retirement village and carry out the work needed. They are reliable, efficient, courteous, kind, honest and have reasonable rates.

Booked an appointment for 11 and they arrived after 12 with no follow up or explanation until I enquired!! Unprofessional and unreliable service.

I was not happy with the quality of the cleaning service provided. Although the office staff were friendly and efficient and provided a booking relatively quickly, the actual clean was disappointing. I book for a moving clean but upon arrival at the house found that there was still dust on various surfaces and grime and debris in several cupboards and drawers. The marks that were left could easily be wiped off when I tried with a clean cloth. Other more intricate areas (such as the extractor fan above the stove) are still caked with grime. I would not recommend, unless perhaps you are able to micro-manage (which to my mind defeats the purpose of a specialised service provider).
