I think my timing was off. I stood in a very slow queue, which started moving when two other servers came on. There was a misunderstanding wrt my order, but they gave me the benefit of the doubt.

Lunga was absolutely fantastic arranging a courier pick up and delivery for me. It was tricky given I was calling from Europe, Lunga tended to emails quickly and updated me throughout. Great service!

Avoid at all costs. Rather send mail via homing pigeon or message in a bottle wherever possible. The surliness from 3 of the 4 people who work at the branch is just not worth the effort. Made to feel like a criminal and like one is doing them a massive disservice by using their facilities, and it is clearly evident that it is a case of personal dissatisfaction with their jobs which is being taken out on the customers. Absolutely unprofessional
