My experience was absolutely pleasant. The optometrist was friendly, professional and very helpful, unfortunately I did not get her name. Brenda was a star helping me find my frames. Swazi is always ready to help me whenever I go there and on the whole, all the staff are very friendly and helpful. The young lady at the front desk is always pleasant and I keep going back because the service is excellent.

I live in the UK and was visiting family in Uvongo in January 2019. My spectacle ear pieces were very loose and my glasses were at risk of falling off my face and breaking. I walked in to Specsavers at the Shelley Beach shopping Mall and showed someone. She asked if I could leave them there for an hour. When I returned not only were they perfectly repaired but there was no charge. I call that efficient and excellent service.

They repair your glasses for R150 or so to barand new. They have friendly staff to help and give good advice. The optometrists is next level really knows there stuff. You will not be disappointed if you get your glasses from here

The owners of the shop went beyond the extra mile when i was on vacation and forgot my contact lenses at home. We were going on a fishing trip the next day and spec savers were the only people willing to help. Got the lenses and everything i needed the same day!Great job!
