Excellent service provided by the technicians, the front desk personnel provides customer service excellence they're truly phenomenal.

I ordered trackers for two cars making two appointments for installation. Nobody pitched for either appointment. Nobody returned the three calls to Cartrack PE asking what was going on. I finally managed to rearrange both appointments. Nobody pitched again!! I was later told the system" through my orders out!! Nobody seems interested in a new customer. Unbelievably bad service. Then finally

Absoulute pathetic, told me that I can come 8 o clock in the morning, then they moved it to 10 over the phone, i received an sms telling me that my appointment is at 11 which i never agreed on but left. On the morning they call me and ask me to come in earlier. I bring my car at 10:20 and keep in mind I drove all the way from Humansdorp. At 11 o clock, they call me and tell me that the technician is running late and that he will be there by 12, 12 o clock comes, the technician calls me and tells me that he will be there at 1. Keep in mind ive been without my car the whole time. Now finally at 1:30, they took my car in. This is absolutely shocking.

We requested for a car tracking system to be installed, nobody pitched and we received no communication thereafter. Upon calling the company multiple times and being put on hold, we were referred to the lady who is in charge of scheduling appointments, her customer service was beyond unprofessional and unsatisfactory. As a result, we decided to cancel our contract and look for a car tracking company else where. Very disappointed in the customer service received.
