I really had a great 5 years staying as a tenant at one of their properties as a student but now that it is time to pay my deposit back its stories after stories.Its really frustrating because the things i’m being made to pay for are things like painting( of which i did not damage any walls in the apartment), my deposit is being held because “ they are going through my disputes” and i did my inspections on 16 December 2022 so yes its been a month.I’m really disappointed in their service and i’m honestly thinking of engaging experts in dispute resolution.Greatly disappointed especially because i have been a none trouble some tenant for the past 5 years.Edit (24 January 2023)I did explicitly state that the service i got over the past 5 years was good i just have a problem with how my outgoing/deposit process was handled.I managed to dispute some of the items that were put on my account that were not my fault.I then ended up telling them to transfer the remainder of my deposit because i was tired of the back and forth.43% of my deposit was transferred and then the owner agreed to incur half of my painting costs(half still charged to me).(They transferred back half) So in total i recovered 64% of my deposit.(with no interest because of how they structured my contract-story for another day)This is the accurate description of what happened and i have emails to support.This is also how far i am willing to edit my review.Thank you.

Our geyser leaked and we contacted Potch eiendomme. They replaced it the next day with a new geyser. I am very satisfied with the quick and good quality service.

I would gladly recommend Potch Eiendomme in every department and service that they offer. Firstly they took over as managing agents at our complex and very quickly service delivery improved dramatically, finances improved and overall neatness improved. Secondly I rented my apartment out through them. Throughout communication was very clear and they found a excellent tenant. Thirdly in regards to selling my apartment, they worked tirelessly to find a buyer and facilitated the whole process in a very proffesional manner, that led to me being extremely grateful and being a happy client.
