I was there to do my summer clothing shopping. Unfortunately the power went out and myself and many other people (its a public holiday) had to leave because the store has no backup power. It was quite disappointing that there isnt backup power when most of the mall was still running. Quiksilver was my first choice but i ended up spending my money elsewhere.

Love this shop, I have 3 boys and this store has most of the stuff they like. The staff are phenomenal and so helpful. Always friendly and very affordable.

We need service improvement from management. She needs to be incharge and help customers.She can be in her phone while we waiting for cashiers to come and assist us.For exchange of the shoe size...only size exchange you have to go and look for yourself again... instead of them as a team and go fetch you must go and get them for yourself.Main concern Customer Service

I was actually on my way to the Food Lovers' Market in Ferndale on Republic - walked past the Quiksilver shop - what????? T-shirts (male and female) marked down from R699 to R99!!!!!!!!!!!Bought one and it looks like good quality!!!! Will have to go back again!!!!
