Great gym with friendly staff. The members are also incredibly friendly. Place in kept clean and bathrooms are tidy. Parking can be an issue during peak times, but truly enjoy training there. 1 STAR RATING - AIRCON SEEMS TO NEVER BE WORKING. Staff always blaming the landlord, yet I have been training for 2 months and don't seem to ever have success with feedback on the aircon. Zero airflow in the building. If you looking for a sauna and a training gym - Ignite is the place for you.28/07/2021 - trained here for first time in 4 months and no aircon or hot water

They’re so friendly,the gym is spacious and their showers are soo clean.

As a new comer in the world of fitness, I appreciate the boxing section and it's trainers they are very amazing. I also like the dance studio it boosts one's confidence.

Horrible gym, aircons are not working. Showers are dirty and there is always something wrong with the water or equipment in the gym. I wouldn't recommend to anyone.

O star! I have been getting the run around with canceling my membership for close to a year now. When you need to cancel, funny enough, “it is done at head office” I was given a phone numbers that has never been answered and an email address where I sent multiple emails with no response or receipt of email. The same people who helped you sign up cannot even help you cancel your membership, you are told stories.They are good at signing up people but no direction with cancelling the membership. You are literally sent from pillar to post. I wouldn’t recommend this horrible service. Not a credible gym!

Do. Not. Join.Mens bathroom has no ventilation.Aircons not working. and general poor ventilation in the gym.Water towers aren't working properly. They close at night because of loadshedding.Ancient equipment that is not properly marked.Some machines have no weight stickers so you have no idea how much you are lifting and the weights are misleading. Padding on the equipment is outdated and majority of the equipment is damaged in some way that makes it impossible for you to exercise properly.The personal trainers think they breath flavoured air and take up almost 3 to 4 machines and dumbbells and weights just to train 1 person. There is no gym etiquette here, dumbbells and weights are never re-racked, members have no consideration for personal space and are not friendly or have any common courtesy or politeness, people constantly posing in front of the mirrors.When you try to cancel your contract suddenly the manager, Candice disappears.

I love it...i never feel out of place even though im a big girl. The trainers are always happy to help if you are struggling and the classes are the best.

Worst experience with any gym ever!!!!! I would never recommend anyone to join. I would give zero stars if that were possible. Unfriendly unhelpful staff, plenty of hidden fees that you are only made aware of afterwards, there's ALWAYS issues with the water. Either there's no hot water, no cold water, or no water at all. No ventilation, aircon, or even a fan. Battling to get rid of them, they continue deducting even though I've canceled and my contract has run its course.
