Called and someone answered and was meant to call me back to let me know where my deliver is after waiting an hour and a half when told it would be in less than an hour. Then tried to call back and no one answered until late the phone was taken off the hook and placed next to the phone. I then put down and called several more times and ND eventually got through and they had still not contacted the driver yet. I did express that we had a commitment and needed to be on time. This is unacceptable.

Useless service - Ive used them well in the past but the pmb branch was up and down with my parcel - while writing this post i'm on a waiting call when i just called the same number 5 minutes ago...does no one sit at the desk when the receptionist is out? answer me that as a major player up their with DHL, PostNet and FedEx. Honestly if i could choose unluckily my product comes from a company that has made a deal with RAM. as efficient as an actual piece of mutton

Pathetic service. Supposed to have parcel delivered last Friday. Got an sms saying it is delivered. That waa Suturday. Today is Monday, and I am still waiting!!!!!!
