I bought a KIC fridge November 2019. Beginning of January 2020 it broke, was not cooling. After weeks trying to get to get them to come fix it for me they eventually came last month. It's March now and the fridge is not cooling again. I told them and they said they would send someone I am still waiting. I don't what to do anymore with these people. I regret buying from them because it has brought me stress only. I am so frustrated, they're so incompetent. Horrible horrible service!

I gave them my DVD player 2 months ago it's n't working so when I come to the store they keep saying come tomorrow n I'm paying every month I think it's now time to stop paying because they can't do what's best for everyone

Masepa a batho fela. If you dont want to go to jail, dont even step inside because you will end up killing them.If you are a new client, they will treat you like a queen/king, wait until you try to come back for any complains on the product you bought.
