NTHA property scam scam scamI purchased land at Elansfontien from their agent Lolo and We paid R30kFrom our discussion, should we cancel or require a refund a 10% of the land amount would be deducted. Land was R50k and my maths indicates that they we’re going to deduct R5k should I wish to cancel.Shock of my life was when all stories happened with the MidVaal Municipality I applied for cancellation Yoooh drama drama drama, but what ticked me off mostly was the level of dishonesty and Unprofessional.The initial agreed on 10% changed and the Agent was all of a sudden busy and getting rude. I kept on calling and got a hold of Amanda, was I not glad to get someone to assist me... only to find out she was worse, she ended up saying am not the only person applying for refund ( her tone and attitude) was inhuman She told me about misusing vat and 10% and admin charges....PROPER SCAMLast I’ll wait my money back and I will not stop sharing my story about NTHA PROPERTY.Then people wonder why we don’t support black Owned business.

I am happy to say that Ntha Properties refunded me. I will contact them again in the future should my situation allows me to relocate to Johannesburg. Thank you once again to their team.

I am still waiting for my stand number. It's been 2 full weeks since I was promised to get it.

Not professional, Scammers. I paid R53100.00 for a stand then requested a refund after waiting for more than 2 years. Their said they will refund me after 90 business days. I waited for the 90 business days and it has elapsed, now their are unreachable. Anyone who can help with this matter I will appreciate it because I need this funds.
