We booked a hot air balloon ride for my mums birthday and it truly was a magnificent experience. Our pilot, Tay was amazing and just made our morning so much more fun. She was very knowledgeable on the areas we flew over and her stories and sense of humor just added to the experience. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for something a little different and magical!

What an absolutely incredible experience.Photos do not begin to do justice to what we saw while floating through the air with the beauty of the Drakensberg Mountain Range around us. Watching the sun rise over the mountains as we lifted off was simply breath-taking.Everyone from the staff setting up the balloon, to the pilots to the staff who served us breakfast after landing, were superb.Thank you Drakensberg Ballooning for making this dream come true.

An amazing experience all way round. Celeste made the difference. Her communication and friendly service orientation made this experience exceptional. Then for the flight itself was bound to be breathtaking and it did not disappoint when you have an experienced pilot Jante Honniball at the helm. A perfect landing and celebrations topped off with a nice breakfast and some bubbly. If you are considering this experience, consider it money well spend.

Perfect memorable 50th Birthday celebration. Thank you so much for the most amazing ride into the heavens open air, above the clouds where angels live...absolutely spectacular! Saw the most beautiful sunrise...truly felt like a dream. Pictures are not enough to justify this perfect experience.
