I will go nowhere else in future... The guys from Solar Joy have assisted me with a 3rd party installation that was done incorrectly and we had zero information regarding the intial installation done.These guys rectified the installation, reprogrammed, reinstalled and signed off the installation and it now works exactly how it was originally designed to work.Tireless hours and effort was poured into this job.The pricing was fair the workmanship was excellent!Feedback and updates as we went along... Great service. The owner is hands on in this company. Can call him at any hour for assistance and he is always willing to help. Good quality products and sound installation, would reccomend them.

Solar Joy did a superb geyser and solar panels with us 9 years ago. We had a problem with a geyser the past week and they remembered all my details and were extremely responsive and went the extra mile to sort things out for me. They have longevity and great customer after care. I can highly recommend them to anyone!

Well they look a bit disorganized at the moment but they are busy revamping and reorganizing their space. But I must say the service I received was top class. They really went the extra mile to assist my in sorting my problem out. I was very impressed with the service. Well done guys!!

DO NOT do Business with these people. I have been given the run around now for a warranty claim for about 6 months now. They refuse and refer me to the manufacturer and the manufacturer refers me back to them. It turns out that the installation was done incorrectly and I am sitting without a geyser for my solar panel. This has to be the worst service and failure to accept responsibility I have ever experienced!!!

Solar system installed October 2021. Installation understandably took a while due to Covid lockdowns and supply chain issues, but was professional throughout. Work was very neat, and they took care of all the paperwork with CoCT.I have now been involved in 4 solar installations and have spoken to dozens of other people who have done similar. Usually there is a period of debugging" after installation and commissioning of a system. This is the only system I was involved in that functioned flawlessly from the start. Would definitely recommend."
