What an amazing gym and an even amazing experience! The trainers are very friendly and approachable. The gym is well equipped. I definitely recommend BST to anyone wanting to start or enhance their fitness journey!

Dropped in at BST over a course of 3 weeks while working in Randburg.BST has a great website where you have the option to book and pay for a drop in. Did this and Hannes, the owner, messaged me and informed me that they are ready for me for the slot I booked.This stood out to me as this clearly show owner involvement from the start and I immediately had high expectations.Its safe to say that my expectations were exceeded, the members were very welcoming and it was just an all round great vibe during all the 5:15am classes I joined.The programming was exciting and different from my home Box and challenged me at various times.I thoroughly enjoyed my time at BST and would recommend anyone living/working in Randburg/Honeydew who loves CrossFit or functional fitness, to drop in or join BST.

Best box hands down! Coaching is top class, and an absolutely epic community.

If you don't train here... You are not really training.Coach Hannes (also the owner) is a legend and is supported by great people.

Had a sesh today. The guy Hannes was very polite and helpful. Not like other places quite like the spot.
