They make you pay twice for petrol because the one slip said declined but went through on jou bank account and deducted the money. We paid R1000 for 30Liter of petrol and have all the proof that we paid twice, but still no money has been given back.Unexceptable

This was the first time I've been disgruntled with the service at a fuel station to the level wherein a review was necessitated.I arrived at the pump to be told that I must please wait because the team is busy with shift changeover. I was not too sure why I would need to wait since there are people standing around and talking, but I complied anyway.The real problem came when it was time to pay. I logged on to the FNB app to make a Scan-to-Pay transaction as I have done for the past 1.5 years across four provinces in this country. This was met by an odd remark from the attendant who said that the FNB machine was offline". To add onto this

Wow. It's not often I give a place 5 star rating but in all honesty , I have never had a bad nor mediocre experience here , the service is incredible , the cashiers and fuel attendants always assist with a smile. The car was at the top is incredible , the staff are kind and very good at what they do. My car has never shined so much after a wash , they always go the extra mile at this service station and deserve all the applause they can get , great job Engine Rockview !!!
