The Property Bank - Malibu Village Estate

I was at the show house today, sarel sent me a message where he said '' the houses available now have no boundary as to where I stay, unlike few weeks ago where he said because I stay in phillipi east, I cannot apply there, but when I went to submit documents, he now said because I have debts, but I said yes I have good credit record and 1 debt, he says I don't qualify, and went on to say I dnt stay in Malibu, and again I only qualify for a small house with no parking for my car, I then said, well then I do not want to apply, this time he still finished checking my documents, he then got upset and raised his voice, I asked why are you raising your voice, he said '' pay R75 rand for checking credit even though I went with my own experian credit report, and he said he will do his, again I said I only want my documents because I no longer wants to apply, he now said I brought documents there willingly and I said yes but I dnt want a house that won't fullfil my entire need to keep my car safe, he still went on to scan them, which I now fear for fraudulent activities with my documents, he keeps saying I'm pre approved where as he still did not do anything to apply for a house, he's rude to people, and should be removed in that show house and someone profession need to handle that process and all I want is my information, POPIA act protects me from all the taking of my information against my will, I did not want him to have them and that is it because I change my mind because the house is small, he said he will block me just by changing my mind, someone so angry is scary to deal with our information, he says he must keep it for 5years, for waht if I'm not getting a house suitable for my needs, I mean it's not a free house I'd be paying if I applied, but I have a choice to buy where my needs are met, so I ask my documents to be shredded and never be captured for those developments until I get a development suitable for my needs.

How come property bank does not want to help us with an approved homeloan, which was for another erf number /property.The guy just said that we can't use that homeloan and we should go to the bank to cancel it.There was no other explanation and he didn't leave us with a choice.As from other agencies we can use this homeloanAnd just recheck with our bond originator if we still qualify.

Poor service, that guy sitting at that show house in Malibu seems clueless. I was there yesterday, I asked him some questions he just told me to WhatsApp the number on the window, of which I did last week. But I was struggling with something, he said Just read what they say there". I mean like I was coming all the way from Samora to get a clear information from someone in that office

Not sure where to reply to the owner so I'll post here. The reason for my rating is because I am still waiting for my boundary wall to be put up. After almost 7 months there's still no sign of any intention from your side to get the wall up, after your initial promise when i moved in that the wall will be put up within a month or two. I will amend my review as soon as this is sorted. I'm the only house in Rio Avenue that doesnt have a boundary wall and its quite frustrating to not be able to start with upgrades to the property because of this. I thank you for taking the time to reply to my review.
