They've rescued several items of clothing that were expensive but not quite right with skillful, professional alterations. These include a lined, tailored dress and fitted trousers. I've had bad experience with amateurish alterations in the past -- My Tailor is the real deal.

Quite disappointing, eventually had to fix their work and complete half the work myself. They seemed to have taken in too much work and were in a spin. Quite a pity, they were very pleasant people.
