Thank you for a great ten day free trial! Enjoyed the Empowered Women class, yoga and the Jiu jitsu. Super clean training area and facilities. Friendly, informative and patient instructors. If I lived closer, I would sign up for sure. Highly recommended!

Excellent command of delivery of their teachings. Thorough and practical. My son can’t wait to go to his private class with Zak any opportunity he gets. More than once or twice weekly. I believe they are moving to bigger place soon.
