It's very bad services at OK furniture I'll never ever go back to that store anymore I made my layby last month on this 29 April 2019 I went to collect my layby on this date 29 may my bed was sold out.

Bought 4 plate gas stove and it’s been giving me problems ever since I bought it. I tried calling you guys several times but you guys never really bothered yourselves by assisting me so I've took initiative to bring it back to you guys and please grand me a new 4 plate gas stove.

Bought a microwave online and they didn't deliver. It's been 2 weeks. Had to write emails after emails and they didn't reply. Finally called them to give me a refund. We'll see if I'll actually get it.

Sleeper couch was promised for delivery but did not take place as indicated. The drivers did not respond to calls from the warehouse to collect/ delive. I had to sleep on the floor. I am I over 60 years of age.
