Maintenance issues take forever to be attended to..You literally wait for weeks with constant follow ups followed by endless excuses as answers. The only thing they take seriously is fumigation.

It's been 6months with maintenance issues which existed prior moving in and nothing has been done pertaining to them. Friendly staff but maintenance and Building manager seem not to take paying tenants serious.

Worst place ever. Tenants not prioritized. It's been 3 days without electricity and the caretaker and management keep on making empty promises.

There is high security risks, access to the build is very easy any 1 entering through as pedestrian, the windows are not protected especially for children, a 1-year child fall from 3rd floor in early 2023, and their building manager is highly incompetent and useless.

Worst place you can live. Zero security, apartments falling apart, electricity gone for days, and despite all this, they'll still charge you R500 for screwing in a light bulb. Don't go there.
