Its weird that there is no review for this shopfront. I guess its a good thing because people generally want to review when they've had a bad experience. In my honest opinion, I don't see how anyone could ever have a below par experience with the staff at 3@1 Whale coast. I've been using their services for almost 2 years now and I've never had a bad day. The staff is always top notch, helpful, kind, funny and good at their job. Any order I've made for prints, scans, etc. Has actually never been late and more early.I highly recommend using their services!

It was always a pleasure doing business here, friendly and efficient staff until I was served by Bronwyn today. Eventually left shop with no businesses done. Lost customer and customer retention failure Bronwyn. Had to drive to Town and received superb service from FOTOFIRST.

Horrible service, employees are moody and they print terrible pictures. My ID photos were a mess and printing photos. The colour is bad, the quality is bad. They don't think to crop or size a photo correctly. They just print with no care in the world as to how it comes out.Don't recommend printing photos, it's a waste of money

Definitely not a place that go out of their way to try and help you, needed 2 pages printed on sublimation paper, which they do but no sorry sir we don't offer the service you require even after the lady spoke to the owner he said no sorry so obviously not there to help. Again it's clear if you want anything done just go over the mountain. I will definitely not be doing anything with 3@1.
