Bosch Diesel Centre Amtec

I had a bad experience with Amtec. They did not keep me updated on the progress on my car. Communication is not reliable at all and I received empty promises for more than 2 weeks.

The communication was very very bad . Their service was also slow and they dont respect customers at all. My interior was damaged and they claim they never touched it yet i left my car with them . I dont trust my car with them anymore . Please beware of these guys .

Bad communication, incompetent stuff, delivery of empty promises. They kept my car for 2 weeks but it was never attended to till I collected it. They don't even explain why they kept it and never attended to it. I don't advise anyone to use them unless you are ready for disappointment

I just want to thanks Bosch Service for great work and fast and friendly staff.I received the most welcoming service when visiting their branch in Vereeniging.They even gave me a car to use for the day,which was totally unexpected and helped me out such a great deal.My brakes were replaced and I got my car back in spotless clean condition.You just got a client for life

The friendliest, most helpful business I have visited in a long time.I have a 2008 Q7 that broke down and went to a bunch of dealerships/stealerships,that did nothing but break the car further.After a lot of diagnostic testing I came to the conclusion that the high pressure diesel pump was faulty I removed it and drove a hour to get to Amtec.I was received in a super friendly manner and while the team tested the diesel pump, I was offered coffee, told that if the aircon was too low they can set it.They really treated me like a king.The owner, Pierre, came and told me that after all the testing the pump was fine. Now seeing as I was 90% sure that the diesel pump was busted, they could have told me that it was busted and I needed a new one. At a cost of about R30 000 at the dealerships and R11 000 by them, I probably would have bought one.They gave me discount on the normal testing fee, and gave me advice on what the fault could be.After replacing the fuel pressure regulator (R1000) The car now runs.Great service, great people!

Brilliant! I don't trust anyone else with my car. I drive all the way through from Midrand to use them. They have never let me down. Excellent service, excellent work done on my car... Excellent everything. 10/10 would follow Shaun wherever he goes.

Customer service was not up to standard with my first service at Bosch car service Amtec.I had two issues with them, the first being that no communication was made with me and the driver to pick and drop me off at work from the Service (this was arranged when an appointment was made), I had to call and remind them about this. The driver let them know that they needed to notify me that he was going to be late and the did not do so.The second being that I had my service book in the car before the service, after getting home I found it was not there anymore. I called the company the next day to find out if it had been misplaced and they were persistent about the book never being in the car from the beginning. The person that called me said I should look for it and check another place that it may be in and once it was found that I should bring it in to be stamped. I checked the alternate place and I did find the book in the car and it was stamped and dated that the service was done on.The company lied about the book never being there and instead of making the effort to try and find out from other staff members if the book was stamped, they instead pinned the blame on me.I am very disappointed in the service I received from this company. Overall, the service prices are reasonable.
