Honestly, if I could give a business a -5 star rating this would be the one. I don't even know where to start. I came to Jonathan of R & S for an air-con repair. The car had to stay over a couple of days. I went to fetch my car, the windscreen had a huge crack in it and the workers there tried to blame me and say I came in with the crack instead of owning up to it, however, it was covered by their insurance. The workmanship on the repair was terrible, the the alignment of dashboard attachments was way off, there were screws missing in most places. I had the car for one day before the air-con started leaking into my car. I sent my car back in 3 times to fix the problem and every time I was assured the problem was fixed but it was not, my car started leaking more and more. Horrified by the workmanship, I decided to go to another Company OE air-conditioning, who actually know what they were doing. Upon their assessment there were multiple issues with alignment, screws not in correct places and the worst part, my heat-box was broken which was causing the leak (previously intact an not broken before I sent my car in to R&S). The car took a week to get fixed due to the damage and poor workmanship of R&S. Jonathon blocked all contact when we asked for a refund for the labour cost and months down the line we are still waiting even though he said he would compensate. I wouldn't recommend coming here for any repairs.

VW Polo Aircon repair gone wrong. Very disappointing service and workmanship. Every opportunity was given to Jonathan to correct the defects and eventually had to send the vehicle to another company to re-do the work. Unfortunate because apparently R&S Radio were quite good back in the day.
