I took my Son's 2013 Chev Cruz 2l Turbodiesel to Route69 Auto on the 2nd of November 2022 with starting problems after an oil cooler replacement. The interface with Father and Son duo George and John Britz was refreshing and professional - work started, and first feedback was received the same day the car was delivered via piggyback trialer to their premises in Farad Street, Stikland Industrial.Route69 Auto offers mechanical, as well as auto electrical and advanced diagnostic services.Stay tuned, and we will share our experience in our journey with Route69 Auto, and the repair of the Chevvy Cruz!10 November Update: Route 69 Auto journey - received call from George just after 19h00 that the car is fixed (this was a surprise, as not many in the service industry still works at this time!!). The Chevvy Cruz was collected the next day. Needless to say, we left as happy customers.George and John, well done on excellent service, competitive cost and customer care. I would recommend your services to anyone.PS - the time from 2 to 10 November might seem long to fix a non starter, but it must be seen against a few other well qualified mechanics before Route 69 Auto that tried, and dismally failed.The combination of old school mechanics (John), auto electrical and advanced diagnostics (George) is a recipe for success.
