My fiance and I visited Mark Solomon Jewellers together, I found a ring I fell in love with. The sales assistant offered to send me some price variations to have the ring custom made. After leaving feeling happy they could possibly make the ring I wanted, it has now been almost 2 weeks and we have heard nothing.Needless to say this has upset me and I will not be buying from this store or recommending it to anyone.I am so disappointed with the outcome, and they lost a good sale. What terrible customer service.

A few years back, I bought some earrings from Mark Solomon Jewellers. I live in Australia and after a few years, somehow I lost one of the earrings. I contacted Mark Solomon to see if we could replace and the happy answer was yes. A designer was allocated and worked with me to do some refinement to the design . The earring were made and then courier from Cape Town to Melbourne and I can say they have arrived safely but more importantly, the earrings have exceeded all my expectations. Every part of the process is all focused on customer service, as was the first face to face experience. Whether face to face or working remotely, Mark Solomon Jewellers are consistent in their approach and that is customer service to exceed expectations, matched with outstanding jewellery. Simply the best!

I contacted Mark Solomon Jewellers in the hope that they could replicate a diamond and sapphire pendant that my wife had lost some years ago. The level to which they executed their expertise was exquisite. The pendant was quite complex in design and wife was astonished and overjoyed.I cannot thank you all enough. As a first timer in the market, I was super nervous about the process involved in procuring an engagement ring for my girlfriend. I was kindly assisted and taken through the process of the design, selecting the diamonds and all the finer details. Atiya possessed vast amounts of patience and knowledge surrounding whatever questions and queries I had. I will definitely recommend!On a side note, I do wish there was a better choice of parking. I didn't really feel safe parking around the corner, especially considering I was dealing with such high value goods.

Mark Solomon Jewellers designed and manufactured my fiance's engagement ring. I worked with Frieda on designing the ring and I was very pleased with the kind, patient and knowledgeable service that I got.What I liked most about their service was the quick responses on emails, wide variety and selection of diamonds (at very competitive prices), the patience to design the perfect ring (took around 3 weeks with many design iterations) and finally the expertise in manufacturing (hand made) of a very complex design.
