Went for third laser hair removal treatment (the past two went well). Was a couple of minutes late and the consultant took me in. However the service was so poor, and rushed at some point she spilled the gel or whatever in my mouth it was a disaster. When I expressed my concerns and dissatisfaction about the poor workmanship, she became extremely rude and defensive and she insisted on putting the blame on me, seriously. I could not believe how insolent and disrespectful the consultant behaved. I expected some level of professionalism but not, what a rude awakening.

Such a gem. I was very late for my appointment and the lady who treated me (I didn’t get her name) was incredibly kind and patient. She explained the treatment process thoroughly and gave me extra information as we continued. I’d definitely recommend The Laser Beautique to anyone who wants a well priced place with wonderful service!!!

I highly enjoyed my experience. The lady assisting me was very helpful and made me so comfortable. They were more than happy to answer all the questions I had as this was my first time. The lady tried to make me feel as comfortable as possible. I would definitely recommend visiting Laser Beautique Rosebank.

The service and the ladies here are normally lovely. However, this week there was a scheduling issue where my booking wasn't captured despite being in my calendar since my previous appointment. I was told to make another appointment despite this being the salon's mistake. I'm a bit annoyed at the inconvenience.
