Service are excellent. They didnt had stock what i wanted. They informed me that it is on ots way, and will call me when it arrived. And they did that exactly. Great great service

Not one of my experiences at Hinterland was nice, I have to get a lot of John Deere parts for my company, and they never, never have any stock what so ever. The salesman at the counter are much more interested in helping the phone clients than helping the walk in customers. You always wait, and when they do help you, it is with a sense of impatience and irritation, like you are wasting their time. I might be missing the point completely here, but my logic says that if you are a dealership, or a supplier you should have basic stock, and if not, you should get it for a customer, but now instead you have to pay the transport for that part to get here, and the price of the part. If I had to have a company, and a customer is in need of a part that I'm supposed to have, I would have gotten such a part to no expense to the customer, because that in my books is service delivery, but like I said, I might be missing the point completely, just my 2cents worth.

Good selection of DIY goods and farming equipment. Value-for-money on the items that I normally purchase. Staff is friendly and enough parking.

Always wait a long time in line for gas. Not enough attendants / just poor service?Needed oil this morning, didn't even have oil?? How is it possible for a garage to not have oil for a car?

Very expensive. Same product at another shop in Bloemfontein is 100% cheaper! How much profit do these people whant to make? The shop assistant was, for what it's worth, very friendly and helpful. For me, I will not stop here again.

Friendly staff. Juat went to have a bite in a very small but effucient coffee shop. Home made pancakes, jaffels and toasted sandwiches available at very affordable prices. Clothing, gun and general dealer setup.
