Your google account states you close at 19h00? When arriving at 18h00 i was shown away and told the pharmacist has left. I stood there until your pharmacist walked out the doors. Poor service. Schedule 5 medication is neccesary and to be shown away just to fork out thousands of rands at casualties to get emergency medication. Worst experience...

What a useless set of staff, I waited over 15min at the counter to be served.After the lady before me was served, the staff disappeared and didn't return for almost 10min... At which point they still just continue unpacking things onto the shelves, of course that's more important than the 2 customers that walked out before me.Please don't use this branch.The paint is peeling off the walls and the security systems as well.If they can't maintain their store how do you think they handle the medication...

The store Manager took it upon himself to drive to various stores to collect our items we purchased in bulk for an NGO' hygiene dignity pack we put together.I got a telephone update of the items before closing time, our driver fetched the items , ALL PACKED ready for delivery the next morning.High 5 to the Manager and assistant who made this happen. @The 100 PERCENT FOUNDATION

The pharmacy is under staffed the pharmacist did apologia for keeping us waiting and she gave a lot of attitude. It's sad.

I just wanna say thank you to Lebohang Motsoeng for the excellent service and Her passion in what she does.She went high and low assisting me with the natural oils I needed for my skin.Much appreciated and well done.

Booked an appointment for Covid booster shot 2 weeks in advance, online, only to be told the system does not advise them of appointments. They work on 1st come 1st served basis. The clinic staff seemed uninterested and unapologetic.

This is the 2nd month I collected my chronic medication from this pharmacy, and it was the last time. Customers are waiting while it seems that no one behind the counter is qualified as they continuously ask advise from each other. Zelda helped me both times and not only did I have to wait 20 minutes today (for prepacked medicine) while she helps the other employee, when I opened the package at home one of the prescribed medication was not in the package. Which means I have to go back, in my time, and wait again for who knows how long to get this.I am sorry, but there is NO Service at that counter. Further to this, nobody answers the phone in that department. This pharmacy can be closed down as far as I am concerned, it's a waste of space.

Faulty bank card machines......unprofessional service from staff.......long waiting times resulting CLICKS processing my payment of R438.95 numerous times. Telephones ringing and no one answers the calls!!!CLICKS management, this is unacceptable., and you will have to up your game. This little experience has caused my blood pressure to rise, inconvenience and financial loss in attempts getting responses from CLICKS and my money credited back into my account.

Service at the self medication queue completely non existent!!! Waste of my time, would rather go to a pharmacy where people actually want to work!!

My Pharmacy experience wasn't great. I was served by Phindile I. I asked her what she thought was one of her best probiotics and the best value for Money. She didn't even answer my question but rather rang up a probiotic without even talking to me about it. I then asked her to see the probiotic box and she then began speaking in a language that I don't understand and joking with one of her colleagues.I found them to be quite unprofessional and so I told her to cancel the probiotic and I left.
