The League of Friends of the Blind
For over 85 years LOFOB has supported the Blind and Vision Impaired Community. As part of their work, LOFOB provides vital Early Childhood Development Services as well as Mobility and Orientation Training for some of the most disadvantaged in the community. I've witnessed LOFOB's staff go above and beyond to provide first class support to their clients even though the organisation is desperately in need of more funding. I encourage you to support LOFOB, as I do.

The League of Friends of the Blind (LOFOB) is an amazing organisation who helps the people that are visually impaired. The organisation was established in 1932. They cater for people not only in Cape Town but the other regions of South Africa. LOFOB is a non-governmental organisation. They host a range of fundraising and anyone is welcome to volunteer.

This a an amazing place to bring your visually impaired child they are very helpful and walk you through the requirements for application very nicely, just that they are understaffed and we had to wait a while.
