I'm very disappointed with Mr Price....while I'm 100% for hygiene and completely understand the underwear policy, I honestly think that items such as boxer shorts need to be considered as an exception. My husband needed new boxer (sleeping shorts) so we went to Mr Price Mall at Reds. We couldn't decide between size medium or large. We went to fit them on but obviously the lady at the change room refused to allow him to fit the two sizes on. I explained to her that I totally understand the underwear policy but seriously it wasn't underpants!!!! What's the difference between trying sleeper shorts on and trying on a pair of normal shorts or pants in the shop whilst still wearing your own underwear??? Now just as luck would have it we were forced to chose a size and once home it doesn't fit!!!!! No where on the label is there even a size indication of the waist cm that the sleeper shorts will fit. Nothing!!!!!!Now I have to come in again and purchase a different size. Costing me double the price now!!!!!! In a month where money is already tight and now this!!!!!I'm not impressed!!!!!!

Can never find what you are looking for at this Mr Price. Barely anything advertised are available at this store. They can never refund you when you return items. You always have to go somewhere else or come back later. Manager just look at you when you complain with an attitude of let's just get this over and done with". She has no interest in actually assisting you"

Store is well packed and clean. I had a great shopping experience. Keep it up

Staff are incompetent, staff lie to customers and when customers have to return something which is the fault of the staff. The become totally unfriendly and extremely rude to customers.NB I had my cash slip for returning therefore they exchanged it with big attitude.Not happy at all.Shameer AbdoolaAttorney At Law

No one really interested in helping you. Rude manager when we wanted a refund for an item we found cheaper and returned very shortly.Not recommended...

Queue forever, 1 till open and taking a long time to assist, shop a mess. Mr Price Sport in same mall neat, friendly and fast?
