Unbelievably rude when I tried to ask about what they do and what they sell. Slammed the phone in my ear. If this is how they treat potential clients how do they treat each other as colleges? Ungrateful is what they are. I know for sure that I won't do business with them.

Extremely knowledgeable from a technical perspective but highly unreliable and disorganised from an operational perspective. Kept me waiting endlessly, let me down repeatedly and then refused to complete their own installation for petty reasons. We had to incur the cost and inconvenience of getting someone else in to complete their job. I would think carefully about using them. Such a pity because they understand solar so well but extremely bad at communicating and at follow-up.
