This shop is scamming people in a very brutal way. Do not go to this shop. He will tell you that your phone is not fixable anymore and that you can buy a perfect second hand phone at his shop. But these second hand phones are not perfect at all!!! Be warned, do not go here!!!

Waste of time and waste of money!I paid R800 for fixing a Samsung. He kept the phone for 2 days and said it was fixed. Told me there was a one month guarantee on what he did.Went back home with the phone, opened WhatsApp and same problem again… the phone was frozen.Came back to the shop, kept the phone for 2 more days and told me I had to pay R700 more to fix it!!!Didn’t want to refund, couldn’t explain what he did except… he checked. The most expensive check ever!

Charged us R250 each for protective screen glass whereas cell shops (x2) outside Mall entrance at Cape Union side, charges R80.00 each. Gave wrong ill-fitting holder for my cell and all but refused to refund. Shameful business ethics. Actually, no ethics at all. Shocking experience.

Shop left unattended with door wide open and no notice. Waited for 15 minutes and nobody showed up.
