Friendly staff and facilities well maintained.

I used to love to go to magic company. Sadly to my dismay this place is not being looked after properly. We went on a Monday meaning the place was not busy. Most of the machines weren't working and these that did work were rigged. One of the machines would swallow our coins without letting us play. I told the gentleman behind the counter and quite impolitely he said what should he do about it and pointed to another gentlemen in the far. This gentlemen came to help us and after fixing the machine it still did not work. Not paying out the tickets. Surely a sad sight I hope there comes some improvement as there aren't many of these arcades" left."

We were there for kiddies party and the birthday girl lost het baggie filled with all her bday money and the lady on duty (don't know her name) kept it save and returned it to the girl as soon as they noticed it was missing. Still some good people in this world..!!! Thank you to this kind lady and job well done... #1

We were excited to do something fun but a lot of the machines weren't working, as well as the photo booth.One thing we did enjoy was the racing cars in the corner that links together.Place needs an upgrade. A more exciting atmosphere.

The kids love coming here! Every time it is worth it - from the air hockey to the bumper cars, the 4D movie theatre to the basketball hoops...Great fun for the whole family!

A classic arcade with all the classic magic company games. Featuring hugely as well is the ten pin bowling. There are many lanes, all professionally presented with an awesome electronic score board and touch screen. a nice lively vibe with cool lighting. Overall i always have a good bowl here.

It was fun my daughter had a great time.

It is located close to the cinema so makes for a fun day out after the movies to go and play games or do some tenpin bowling. The one thing that was problematic was the games were not all functioning 100% steering wheel on the racing game was not very responsive and on the bike racing the game glitched a lot for the 2nd player when you are racing against each other. The games that gave you tickets had problems issueing tickets or they would sometimes not credit you when coins are inserted. Even though the staff would come and sort your problems it is still not an enjoyfull experience to have someone stay at the game and the other to call the tech

Great if you want to keep the kids busy! Just beware, a few machines are not working and just takes your coins. Same machines has been broken for months. No notices on machines. Staff behind the counter very listless. If you exchange the tickets they are not very helpfull or friendly. But still the kids love it..

If you make a game too hard then no one will play it due to frustration, but at the same time having a game be too easy can bore players as well. The best games are fine-tuned to provide a good escalation of difficulty so players continue feeling challenged and rewarded.
