Delaire Graff Estate

We popped in for a wine tasting, without a reservation, and was lucky enough to secure a table outside under the trees, with stunning views over the valley. Everything about Delaire screams luxury. From the winding road up to the estate, to a golf cart chauffeur drive from the parking lot to the entrance, to the manicured gardens. And the art and sculptures on display are just exquisite throughout the estate.Their white wines are on my list of favorites. Customer service is fantastic and the waiters are well trained, articulate and professionally presented.

Oh My! What a property and what a Rose! Absolutely lovely. Can't really say enough. A high luxury, high touch, high service experience all around. The grounds, if nothing else, need to be viewed if you are anywhere near the area. Their signature spa products are so special. I cannot express enough how you can get lost on this property. Thanks to Craig for a very special visit.

Our visit was spectacular on all accounts however I feel special mention must be made about your live pianist and musician Maureen. Her talent and songs she played as well as her warm and welcoming energy made for a very memorable outing. Thank you Maureen!

Although a bit difficult to find up in the mountains above Stellenbosch, well worth the effort to experience the most beautiful Wine Estate renowned in the top 20 in the world.5 Star touch to every aspect on this Estate and the views of the mountain ranges, vineyards under culture and surroundings are breath taking.Master Wine Maker who delivers world class wines and supports the smaller wine farms by buying some of their harvest to make the unique wines which are sold through international wholesale distributors.Magnificent restaurants, value for money wine tastings and pairing, casket barrels room visible from within the premises.An experience that should not be missed and not available via the usual touristy bus and Tram routes. Just Magnificent.

We went here spontaneously….both restaurants were full so we decided to have a platter with wine tasting. The platter was dismal, tiny platter for a big price, and they served us stale bread. I would at least expect fresh bread for a platter of R465! Wines were nothing special.

Wanted to order a coffee at restaurant at 3pm - waiter refused although restaurant still had plenty of clientele finishing their lunch. Said they were closed. Not well handled for this type of venue.

Terrible experience on Sunday, March 5th 2023.We went there for wine tasting and were told that the waiting time is 30-40min.After 50min we got a table, but waited for another 15min to get a menu and finally taste some wines. Unfortunately this did not happen and we decided to go to the nex wintery.When I complained to the waiter he even did not apologize...I would never go there again.As a matter of fact there are so many great wineries nearby.....

We had an incredible experience at the wine tasting terrace thanks to Nick and Dylan! They went above and beyond to spontaneously help surprise my parents, who had just arrived from Germany and had no idea that my partner and I were waiting for them at Delaire Graff. Thank you from the bottom of my heart to Nick and Dylan for making such a special moment possible! We are already looking forward to visiting again!
