Incompetence to the highest level, waiting for a simple Part since last week monday they dont even have a decency to call you to tell you the progress, not honest with their clients. you have to call them eveyday to remind them to do their job, they even refused to drop me to my house after left my vehicle stating is far, while they dropped someone that is further away from my place. They dont even respond to our comments here mxm!

After getting a wrong part despite providing Vin number and year model I am full of doubts. Not ready for battle of asking for decent service hearing sarcastic comments. Not so easy when your car is left in another province and you trust service in your province but get upset.

Excellent service and aftersake service is just as excellent. The one and only dealership I will deal with for any future purchase and or service. Q very profeesional and effucient bunch, always ready to cater for your every need.

Terrible service from Ford the Glen.A week after spending R27000 on repairs the car started having the same problem I took it in for.Called several times where switchboard would take my details but never phoned back.2 weeks after the repairs the car broke down.Found out from the mechanic I took it to that they had even stolen the brake caliper that I bought for them to replace!!!Talk about crooks and scammers!!They deserve 0 stars!!!

Great Great Greatest Service ever from Mr Marius. He really helped making sure we secured a great deal not forgetting Michelle she really guided as well on the finance and made uick applications for us. Thanks guys

Honestly, if there was a option to put no stars, I would. I would firstly like to say I'm extremely upset with how the staff drive the clients vehicles on premises, as if it's kayalami in that workshop. There are clients walking around and the staff are speeding passed.Secondly my vehicles engine bay has been messed with engine oil everywhere. I take pride in my vehicle and I make sure it is clean - and they found it clean - now I have to sit after a 60 000km service and clean my engine bay.Thirdly, the service is extremely slow, when I dropped off the vehicle I had to wait 45 minutes, and when I collected it, I had to wait another 40 minutes. The result is I was told to drop the vehicle off between 07h30 and 08h30, some of the staff had only arrived at 08h20.Shall I recommend this place to a friend? Highly unlikely.
