I was last at Dr Temlett practice about 10 years ago. I recently returned because I had some serious work to be done on my teeth. I have tried other dentists in that period but could not find the expertise that Dr D Temlett has. I was very happy with the service and for what I needed to have done. Thank you David and Lynn. It was great to see you after so many years. The rest of the family will follow thank you for your friendly and kind approach.

I've been going to see Dr Temlett for over 20 years now and I've never been disappointed. Friendly staff, and the dentist is always very considerate towards my teeth sensitivity.

Fantastic dental practice. I've referred many friends and colleagues to them and they've always been happy with the results.

I previously wrote a detailed description of my last encounter with this dentist and his wife. I then deleted it after the dentist followed me into the vet and insisted that I remove it. I deleted it because I couldn't be bothered.This man continues to harass us and came to our place of work today and tried to manipulate my mother into deleting her review.I have gone to this dentist 3 times in total, all which were last year. It was convenient as it was nearby. They weren't bad. The last time my mom, my brother, my sister and myself all went to get our teeth cleaned. We didn't feel that our teeth were cleaned as good as he usually cleans them, but it was okay, we didn't complain.The problem was, my 10 year old sister went in to clean her teeth and we were in the reception area. Dr. Temlett did a filling in one of her teeth without parental consent, or even consent from me. I paid for the filling very unhappily. My mom and stepdad were furious. It's not even about the money, it's just the fact that this dentist does whatever he feels like and does not get permission from the person who is paying.My mom went back to the dentist and told them that she wants her money back as she did not give consent for her child to have a filling. Which is fair. The receptionist (Dr. Temlett's wife) was rude to my mother and she called her a child - my mom is a young mom but she had no right to speak to her that way, especially because we are paying customers and we paid a total of R2640 (R660 each). She told my mom not to come back and was screaming at her.I do not think this was the best way to handle the situation. Firstly, they should have asked before doing the filling. Secondly, they should not have been rude when my mother did not want to pay for something that she did not ask for.Also, I am entitled to my freedom of speech, so Dr. David Temlett - please stop harassing us and following us. This is my review and I will not remove it again. There is absolutely NO slander (as you love to say everything is slanderous). This is all the truth and without a sincere apology, my review will stay.We have not received any apology. You don't know how to treat customers. I cleaned my teeth 3 times in one year, not even necessary but I did it to support you because I thought you were nice people.Do NOT mention my name anywhere on the internet. My mom wrote her review and you say that Marlene and KAYLA are not welcome. First of all, I wouldn't dream of going back to you. Secondly - why would you mention my name when I deleted my review? Take me to court, take me anywhere you like. These are the facts and you do not scare me.Come anywhere near me or my mom and we will lay a restraining order against you and your wife.Again - if you want me to delete this review. I want a sincere apology from both you and your wife.
