Staff do not have any Smart Voice coverage technical knowledge. My personal information was not captured correctly and I was not allowed to watch the service agent capture new information. They were quite relaxed about me walking out of the store and cancelling a 20 year old Telkom account to take up a competitor's offering. Not sure why it's called a service centre.

Coming from Joburg I think I am used to really poor customer service but I was so bowled over with the incredible service I experienced in this store, specifically with Nazelee! She went above and beyond to get me connected with internet on a Saturday as I had work on Monday and has kept in touch with me via email for other services, replying within a few hours daily. INCREDIBLE service, Nazlee is a superstar!
