Always only one or two tills open. Prices are wrongly marked on shelves. Floor staff's product knowledge is poor. Trolleys are non existent, and if there is a trolley or two available, it can hardly be pushed. Game used to be onenof my favorite stores. Not anymore.

The place is awesome and I'm planning to buy a PlayStation for my son there the place is very organised some of you don't even know how hard it is to manage the shop it's very hard do you even know how hard they try to make us happy that's why I love it a lot .

Got very BAD response from Emanuel in customer service for Mobile.Manager approved refund as it was not the product which we wanted but Emanuel still refuse to refund.. Then Manager has to show up and sorted it out.

A good shopping experience. Will admit to service needing to be improved but not too bad nevertheless.It's not like the Game stores around Gauteng but with constant good supervision, it has a chance to improve

Game is always clean and organized, they have what you need most of the time. Usually they only have one or two tills that are working at a time so line can get long, but nothing unbearable

Very wonderful experience and staff but one of the managers who I couldn't get his name is rude, I've weaknessed him a couple of times being rude to his stuff members in front of customers. I'm glad I didn't see him the last time I was there
