Absolutely pathetic service, first & foremost the owner of the store as ZERO people skills, he is by far the most rude person I have ever met in my entire life. He should definitely learn how to be a better human, it takes nothing to just be kind. Secondly the staff is rather incompetent as they do not understand basic computer skills. I waited hours trying to print a simple pdf file. The service is so bad, that I know I'm never going to return to the store. Their printing is of poor quality, there is ink smudges, docs are edited incorrectly & the pricing is ridiculous. For those of you that wish to print a simple pdf or word doc I suggest you visit caneside library there's no issue there & it's significantly cheaper. Compunet should close down !!!! Extremely POOR service !!! It's a NO for me.

Absolutely rude staff, the owner as well. Not very happy with the way they speak to customers... It costs nothing to be kind and friendly to the people that support your company.

Not sure of workers name, however the colour from the print I asked for ran all over the the page. She still laminated it and didn't offer to rectify at all. She repeatedly said that there is nothing she can do. Spoke absolutely rudely as if it's my fault that they have issues with their printers. She could have said to come another day and she will reprint it.

Excellent location with superb service. Staff do their best to assist scholars..the elderly and customers with no knowledge of using a computer. Well organized outlet with great pride. Keep up the good work!!!! Well done!!!

Service is bad.. Was lied that the email was sent.. And to top it.. It was paid fo.it's more of a rougish place..

Best place to shop. Staff are well trained and know their stuff....

Pathetic service, can't even print a simple word document with the correct format. Waited an hour to print and bind a 35 page word document. Resulted in R175 wasted due to incorrect margins and dirty pages. Never will go back.

Terrible service received. All the staff have no customer service whatsoever. I went in at 5 to print, the girls were so angry that I needed print pictures urgently. She told me her time is up. Then I didn't understand why she had the doors open. Just tell me you don't want to print instead of behaving inappropriately. In the middle of printing, they put the computer off and said it's too late now. I didn't even take more than 10 minutes. The boss was just as rude. Not wanting to help out, by just waiting a few minutes. Knowing I was in the process of sending documents they still offed the computer. Even if it's too late speak to me in a nice manner and tell me. Don't be rude! Looks like the boss has let money get to her head. PATHETIC!! SHOP WILL SUFFER WITH THAT ATTITUDE.

Really terrible service from them. Not worth it shopping here ever again.The shop only cares about profits.
