Everytime I come to this branch you have 1 or 2 tills open .this is including month end... Head office should really teach this branch manager how to schedule staff and make sure they are at there till points. The walmer park branch has the best service by far .Maybe walmer park branch manager should train the baywest manager .

Placing orders online takes forever I've placed orders for items coming from China and ithas arrived before my trueworths order which I've placed before the order I place for items from China and Truworths is a local store I'm sure the items are not being shippered from a different country it should have been here by now... Beside the landline number on your website does not excist so I can't even enquire
