Friendly staff. Wide variety of stock, always fresh. I don't know why , but i like shopping . You don't stand very long in the ques, and theyve got a wide variety of of groceries and everything you need.

Bad quality hot rolls. The 2nd time in 7days I have got from bakery. Seems to me staff very reluctant. No pressure of quality and standard size and presentation of hot dog rolls and you stil put out for display to buy. That's terrible customer service and there is no pride in representing your brand. Disgusted customer

One of the anchor tenants in the Mountain Mill Shopping Centre Worcester. Located close to a main entrance on the left hand side of the building. Ample parking space available within a short walk from the shop. Friendly and helpful service from the staff.

I went to the liquor store on Saturday the 24th of September and cashier in an orange dress was extremely rude to me. There was a long queue and she was standing and doing nothing. She refused to serve us. Then she swore at us in her language. She was disgusting. I will never go back there again. The owner should fire her.

Good produce. Would recommend a little more care for your customers as you tend to focus too much on internal operations and you let customer problems go unseen. You need to deal with customer problems in a timely and efficient manner. With kindest regards.
