Lady you got no manners,also one of the rudest person's Ive ever seen that's why the rating is so poor. Think they must send you for anger management but I think it won't work.

I had a very bad experience with this post office on the 27-09-2022 I got there at 16:35 and they told me they do license disks until 16:30.i went back on the 29-09-2022 around 13:00d during my lunch time and when I got there I get this other rude black lady and she was shouting saying he's going on lunch it's not her problem I can only be assisted after 2 o'clock and my lunch ends at 2 o'clock I had to drive from three rivers to Arcon park

Spent 5 minutes max for the license disc renewal. Friendly and efficient service.

Amazing service driving all the way from Henley on klip because Henley post office is always offline and cash only.

As so many people have said, it's a pity that zero stars cannot be awarded. We ordered something from the UK. Tracking the parcel showed us that it had arrived at the Arcon Park Post Office on the 27th of May. We phoned and they said that they didn't have the parcel, but took down our details to let us know when it arrived. On Saturday the 12th of June, we popped in, only to be told that the manager was on holiday and that we would need to come back on the Monday. On Monday the 14th of June, we popped in again. We gave the manager the tracking number, only to be told that it was still not there. Yesterday, the 22nd of June, I received a notification in the post to say that the parcel was there (and an SMS to say if we didn't collect before Friday, it would be returned) - stamped by the manager on the 11th of June - BEFORE we popped in and were told the parcel wasn't at Arcon Park Post Office. In other words, the manager stamped the manifest on the 11th of June when he received the parcel. We were there on the 12th and the 14th and were told it wasn't there. This is a small Post Office - it's not like they have to sort hundreds of parcels, and even if this was the case, surely looking on the system would have verified that the parcel had arrived and we could have been advised to come back in a day or two when everything had been sorted. The manager almost menacingly told me that if I didn't pay the fees, they were sending the parcel back, even though I never mentioned anything about payment or non-payment. Staff are rude and incompetent.

Poor service.Not answering phones and not giving correct information.Staff taking lunch while shop is full of clients and they dont know there work.

Very impressed with the Post Office in Arcon Park today.Went to renew 2 licence discs and the proses went very smooth (which was a relief after spending 5 hours in queue at Sasolburg Traffic Dept).The guard at the door checks your documentation, making sure it is correct, saving you a lot of time standing there if it is not correct.He hands it to a lady that process the application while you wait in line.When you get to the front your licence disc is already printed out and another lady just tells you how much you owe. Quick. Simple. Appreciated.If you have the reference number from the traffic department SMS that you received to prompt you to renew your disc, that is sufficient along with your ID to renew your disc. No need to fill out additional forms.

The rudeness of the white lady there told me can not renew my licence disc because i had not paid the disc the previous year after queue for a while had to go to meyerton post office received the best service

Very poor service. Second time that this branch has excuses regarding a renewal of License Disc.The security at the door is very rude as well and will chase you away before you've even seen one of the staff members. Sort out your service ASAP guys. Totally unacceptable! If you are too useless to work. Get someone that actually wants to work.
