Good service from attendants and quick and efficient work done. The quick shop however is a very disappointing and poor quality store. Numerous items purchased there go off very quickly and long before the best before date. Don't mind filling up fuel at this station but avoid the quick shop

DISGUSTING customer service, their card machines went offline after putting petrol in my car, while waiting for the cash to pay the bill( a whole if 15 minutes) I had the staff insult me and tell me I did it on purpose because I have no money To pay the bill.The so called manager let them carry on as they please while he continued to ignore me asking him for assistance. I guess the same advice I’ll get for this is “ put petrol in at own risk” .. Everyone should take that into consideration when thinking about wasting your time and hard earned money at this place. They don’t deserve the loyalty from customers

Absolutely disgusting customer service displayed at the car wash today. While my vehicle is being washed at the car wash the person is scratching the bonnet with the hose. When we asked for a manager, a gentleman by the name of Mr Moola came and said car washes are being done at your own risk and it is not there fault. He then walked away with an attitude and didn't assist further. I am disgusted with the service given here.

Mr moolla from the ENGEN ESSENWOOD BRANCH next to Musgrave centre has a TERRIBLE attitude towards the public.He has NO REMORSE or ISNT SINCERE what so ever.HIS STAFF DONT KNOW WHAT THE HECK THEY ARE DOING AND SO IS HE!!!!!Took my vehicle to the car wash and the guy scratched my entire bonnet.I confronted the owner (MR MOOLA)who is a WASTE OF TIME!!,he then replied the washes are done at ur own risk,he has a TERRIBLE ATTITUDE which he needs to be delt with immediately!how many customers is this guy turning the cheek to ???if he can't run his business or train his staff correctly then he needs to CLOSE UP SHOP!!!

Don’t take your car there for a car wash if you know what’s good for you. Don’t do it. I left the car for more that 2 hours and came back it wasn’t ready. I had to take it home unfinished and no one cares to even show some remorse . Radio and aircon on full blast when they were driving it around.

The people at this service station are very unhelpful. My wife had a flat tyre and chose to limp into this service station to change her tyre. Being a woman it was a fair struggle and no one form the service station bothered to assist her. Instead the people from the service station just stood by and watched. I will never fill up at this service station ever again.

Very disappointed at service from the cashier after a petrol purchase for the 2nd time in a year. the automated payment at the pump was messed up by the cashier in the shop and i had to go into the shop to pay and found that i would lose my benefits from my thanku card and ebucks and the cashier couldnt be cared even though it was his direct fault and worse that this was a reoccurence. not even an apology; which has made me write this review; i can accept mistakes but not when a person will not apologise for them.
