The Resting View Guesthouse
We have stayed here two times already and we will definitely come again. Ryk is an amazing host and has always made our stay wonderful. He was very accommodative and communicates very well even when we checked in late as well as extending our stay. If you are looking for a place that's simple and feels like home, I would definitely recommend it(Room 9✅✅✅✅). The view is enough to keep you coming back. Keep doing a great job.

Value for money and a little gem! We booked in the 3rd of September for one nights stay - we had such a lovely view of the city lights from our bed. Friendly staff and super clean! Keep up the good work as we will definitely visit you guys again.

This is an unique guesthouse with wonderful rooms, a swimming pool and friendly staff and management. Would definitely recommend staying over!

it was nice but awkward communal setup plus you gotta stash your food away and they lockup by 11pm so i felt a bit like a teenager again. Stunning beautiful view though nice for sleeping and self reflections. Charlotte must be clairvoyant or very attentive nice host

The Resting View Guesthouse
This is a communal guesthouse. All guests and rooms share a communal kitchen area. Room number 9 is the room we stayed in and this room have a shower and spa bath. It's a beautiful room and comfortable. The spa bath either don't work or we couldn't figure out how it works. The paid TV subscription that we were advised to use, has expired in September. Netflix however did work.We had a fantastic stay otherwise. It is a quiet living area in which the guesthouse is situated and the owner ran the generator until 22h30 to help the guests have a comfortable stay with a fan, lights and television working through loadshedding. Thank you for this added service. We will be visiting again in the future.

The rooms were not clean & blankets were not washed.We called 5× for room service & no one pitched up(poor service).Everything is just confusing nje & I think all of that happened because they took advantage of us being teens
