Hopeless. Completed my upgrade there earlier today and paid for a transfer of info from the old handset to new - they failed to transfer my email account and subsequently deleted it from the old handset. Now left with a significant issue to resolve on my own.

Absolute terrible service. I saw the Manageress told her the problem. Absolute no help whatsoever. I will never go back, didn't even bother to assist.

The only time someone actually pays attention is when you are buying a new phone or contract. Not even the manageress who promises to get back to you does so. I have been a loyal client for more than 24 years. Very disappointing. Does anyone actually read these comments.
