What a really pretty place! Had a great time at Doek On Fleek All White Picnic!

The venue was stunning but the service was terrible. It was known that there would be load shedding and we were convinced that they have generators etc and it would be fine but the generator only covered half of the venue.We asked for snacks to be served at a certain time and it was only done 2 hours later in the incorrect manner and cold.There was no supervision or anyone telling the staff what to do or where to be. The buffet station was not set up timeously.Decor was set up incorrectly even though it was confirmed 4 weeks prior to the set up. We had to run to the venue on multiple occasions to make sure everything was fine.Every time we went to the venue, we had to change something that was set up incorrectly. They used napkins that were not approved because they did not have enough of the ones we wanted but instead of informing us they did their own thing.We had to change our decor at the last minute to suit them. They used the square tables that blocked people from sitting properly and eating (It was meant to be trestle tables but they used wooden benches) so we had to change to round tables as they did not have enough trestle tables.Overall, they were very unprepared especially for such a big crowd and we were not happy with the services in the least.

This spot has potential. So much potential! What a lovely poziStunning gardens.Not enough bathrooms (from the main hall, one has to WALK and WALK some more to get to pee).The food was way below par. (I just don't want to say terrible, but sheesh, scrap the entire thing). The chicken liver wasn't fresh. The roast beef needed flavour, the chicken thigh, not so great either. I didn't like the Dombolo, it crumbled all over the plate.Loved the lighting and flooring in the banqueting room. Minimalist but classy.A PA system should come standard.The staff, very friendly bunch. Love that it's youngins.I'd definitely go back, just not for the food, yet.

A good place for weddings, conference and other functions

Hosted an all white party this past weekend and it was too lit. I can't wait for the next concept same place and very soon. Excellent hospitality
