EB has lost it exclusivity by reducing floor space and not providing prospective buyers space to breathe and new readers a place to explore. EB feels more like a shoe store now than a treasure cave of knowledge and adventure it once was. Its actually quite sad

Generally my go to book store, they keep a wide variety of books. However the staff are not friendly and always make the experience rather dreadful, based on this I'm moving to audible.

It is a very nice place. I found the books I was looking for, even though it took some time. The staff or whoever is supposed to give us hand sanitizer didn’t do that until we were halfway in the store already. Either than that, the store was great and love the books.
