The staff were very friendly and helpful. However the music is so loud most of the time that it is difficult to communicate with another person inside the shop. It also can't be good for the hearing of the employees working in the shop that is exposed to this extremely loud music all the time. One reason that makes me to avoid shopping there.

I had to stand in the queue to pay point for more than 30 minutes although there were only 4 people in front of me. Moreover, there were many people behind me. At the pay point, there was only one cashier and she was slow. It was not my first experience in that Sportscene, the queue is always long and it doesn’t move fast.
